Welcome to our current 4 year Plan!

From April 2025 - May 2026 a group of Kavana Staff, Board Members and community volunteers worked to build our next Strategic Plan based on the current needs of our community. This plan came from the feedback of our community - we ran a community wide survey with 140 responses, 13 focus groups, and gathered data from the last 3 years of Annual Partner Meetings.

We are so excited to share this plan that will guide our work through 2030.
